Do I need an account to order?
Yes, without an account it is not possible to purchase a product via the website.
I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?
Click “Forgot Your Password” link at the Sign In Page and follow the instructions.
I would like to order Sold Out items. Is it possible?
You can try to request it again by email or telephone.
We always appreciate a wish list of our customers and we will consider the possibility to get the products.
How soon can I get my order?
After you order, transfer, and confirm your payment, we will process the order the NEXT DAY / in 24 hours.
Note that process is only checking the payment, preparing and delivering the goods to the shipping company.
After that, the shipping company needs certain amount of time to deliver it to you, vary from 1-2 days for domestic and 4-8 days for international deliveries.
How fast is the shipping?
For domestic delivery we use TIKI.
Regular Service takes 1-2 working days AFTER we deliver your order to TIKI.
Fast Service takes 1 working day AFTER we deliver your order to TIKI.
For international delivery we use EMS Pos Indonesia.
EMS takes 4-8 days depending on your delivery area.
